  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our team. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee the return item’s arrival without it.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Non-Returnable Items
